FAQ

Common questions.

The objections that come up most before someone books a call.

What does an engagement cost?

Every engagement is scoped individually based on complexity and desired outcome. Book a consultation for a quote tailored to your situation. Fixed-scope, fixed-price packages are also available; see Packages.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Every engagement starts with clear confidentiality terms. Sensitive systems, like production business data, are never shown publicly without explicit permission. See Trust & Security for the full policy.

Do you work with organisations outside Kenya?

Yes. I work with organisations across Africa, Europe, and internationally, including German-speaking markets, where I have working German-language proficiency (B1, Goethe-Institut Nairobi).

How many engagements do you take on at once?

I intentionally limit myself to 3–4 new advisory engagements per quarter, so every client gets direct, hands-on attention.

How do you handle timezones for international clients?

Scheduling is handled around the client's timezone rather than mine. Real available slots are shown when you book a call, and an async video intro is available where a live call is hard to line up.

What if my organisation requires a formal procurement or RFP process?

That works fine alongside the standard booking flow. Reach out via Contact and describe your process, and I can work within a formal procurement track for government, NGO, and enterprise engagements.

Do you work on-site or remote?

Engagements are remote by default, which is how most of my current work is delivered. On-site work can be discussed for engagements where it genuinely adds value, so raise it when you book a call.
