AI Systems Architect based in Nairobi, Kenya, working with organisations across Africa, Europe, and internationally, including German-speaking markets, where I have working German-language proficiency (B1, Goethe-Institut Nairobi).
How I work
Every engagement is handled personally, end-to-end: architecture, delivery, and everything in between. I treat every decision as if someone else has to maintain it after me, so systems are documented, not left as a black box only I can operate.
How engagements scale
I intentionally limit myself to 3–4 new advisory engagements per quarter. This is a deliberate capacity policy, not a limitation to work around. It's what keeps every client getting direct, hands-on attention rather than being spread across an unbounded roster.
Background
I'm self-taught: a decade of independent, project-driven learning through documentation, real client work, and shipping production software since 2017. No agency, no employer, no team behind the work: every system on the Work page was architected, built, and delivered directly by me.
Where the work goes
This consultancy's income also funds Gabe Foundation (opens in a new tab), a community foundation I'm building in Nairobi. It's currently in its founding stage (legal registration is in progress, not complete), and 100% of its funding comes directly from this consultancy's income.
